PTA Purchases
You may have noticed your children coming home with slightly cleaner hands in the last few weeks …….or not…..but the PTA have bought new soap dispensers for all the toilets and washbasin areas in the whole school, a year’s supply of anti-bacterial liquid soap and numerous hand sanitizers and the foam contents!
The PTA have also contributed to various purchases supporting Year 4 and their Environmental Science project, with particular reference to the Courtyard. Some of you may have seen the transformation at the Talent Show, if you haven’t and you are ever in school, do pop your head round and have a look! Year 4 have worked really hard and transformed the Courtyard into a lovely, clean, tidy and colourful space for everyone to enjoy.
The PTA continue to support class trips with funding allocated per child to ensure that the trip costs stay within a reasonable parental contribution level. This helps to ensure all the children get to participate in some educational but fun visits, such as Year 3’s trip to Reading Museum back in the Autumn term and Year 2’s trip to STEAM in March.
There are a number of other purchases happening and as they arrive at school, we will let you know! Thank you to all of you who have bought, helped, attended and donated at a PTA event, you have and continue to, make a real difference to our children’s school environment.
