Governing Body of Wildmoor Heath School

School Governors are responsible for helping to provide an environment in which a good quality education can be delivered. Those serving as Governors are representatives of stakeholders who have an interest in the school - Local Authority, parents, the local community and staff

Governors are responsible for broad matters of policy with detailed implementation being carried out by the teachers and other professionals. Working in partnership with the Headteacher and staff, Governors are involved in setting the school's aims and policies, improving standards of teaching and achievement, setting the school's budget plan and monitoring expenditure, recruitment and acting as a link between the local community and the school.
