No member of Wildmoor Heath Primary School's staff has a gross annual salary of more than £100,000. Information about salaries in the trust can be found in the Annual Report (link above).
There is no gender pay gap. The Teacher Pay Scale is a scale designed by the Department of Education (DfE) that allocates different teachers to different bands based upon position, experience and location. Similarly, support staff are allocated to different bands set by our local authority (Bracknell Forest Council).
